Barbara Jean Anderson of Bend, went to be with the Lord in Heaven Oct. 26, 2014, where she is dancing with her loving husband, C.G. “Andy” Anderson to the big band sounds they loved so much.

Barbara was born April 4, 1925 in Tillamook, OR to her parents, Irving A. and Blanche M. (Harris) Warnick.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda D. Gage (Jerry) of Bend; and stepdaughter, Darlene (Anderson) Reams of Sparks, NV; her brother, Robert J. Warnick (Jackie Sharp) of Hillsboro, OR; sister, Carol J. Brown (F.B. “Chuck”) of Canyon City, OR; and sister-in-law, Marion Anderson of Bend.

Barbara adored her grandchildren and their spouses: Suzy Gage McQueen (Graham) of Spokane, WA; Devery R. Gage (Judy) of Bend; Bryce J. Gage (Tracie) of Redmond, OR; and Denni K. Dunaway (David) of Sweet Home, OR. She was also blessed with 15 great- grandchildren and 4 great- great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her so much joy. She was beloved by her many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 a.m. Nov. 9, 2014 at Hospice House, 2075 NE Wyatt Ct., Bend, OR. Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to Hospice, Partners in Care or the D.A.R. Bend Chapter.
