• Bend-based Cascade Graphic & Design, which produces custom signs and designs and offers specialized printing and related services, won four International Golden Image Awards at the 2014 Specialty Graphic Imaging Association Exposition in Las Vegas.

• Oregon Spirit Distillers, of Bend, announced its 2014 award-winning spirits: Wild Card Absinthe, Merrylegs Genever, Oregon Spirit Vodka and One-Eyed Jon Spiced Rum. Awards included double gold, best in category, silver and bronze; Wild Card Absinthe and Merrylegs Genever received multiple awards.

• Housing Works held a grand opening Tuesday for the region’s first workforce-housing-based medical clinic, located at Ariel Glen Apartments. The agency also celebrated completion of renovations at Ariel Glen and Healy Heights apartments in Bend. The two complexes have a combined 140 units for low-income households.

• Bend Elks Baseball Club, 401 SE Roosevelt, Bend, applied Nov. 26 to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission for a change in ownership on its limited on-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises and the sale of kegs of malt beverages for off-premises consumption.

• Schoolhouse Produce, 1430 SW Highland Ave., Redmond, applied Nov. 25 to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission for a change in ownership on its off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory-sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises.

• Chicken Bonz, 143 SW Century Drive, Bend, applied Nov. 24 to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission for a new limited on-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises and the sale of kegs of malt beverages for off-premises consumption.

• Martolli’s Pizza, 220 W. Cascade Ave., Sisters, applied Nov. 26 to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission for a limited on-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises and the sale of kegs of malt beverages for off premises consumption.
