Cut some trees

So the Forest Service tightened its belt and still spent 78 million more dollars than in 2006 to fight fires. No kidding? How about in 2008? The forests are choked. The counties are broke. The mills need logs. The enviros need a cause. The West can and should saw lumber.
Oh, wait a minute. Please cue the drum roll and trot out Tim Lillebo, the Sierra Club, Cascadia Biodiversity, etc. Their act is so old and tired. Same old. Same old.
