Following the general industry trend, Fox has looked across the pond to cast the female lead in its legal dark comedy “Courtroom K.”

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Megan Dodds will join the Paul Attanasio-created series that focuses on a judge, a prosecutor and a public defender working in and around a Milwaukee superior courthouse.

Although she was born in California, Dodds long has been London-based, and her credits include the British TV favorites “MI-5,” “Viva Blackpool” and “Hotel Babylon.”
