- Wes Wright has been named a City Club of Central Oregon board member
Peter and Tana Hatton , brokers for The Hatton Home Team, have joined GoBend Realty. Peter Hatton has been a Realtor in Bend for 12 years and Tana Hatton for 10. Each has spent 10 years in the banking and mortgage industry, specializing in residential, investment and land sales. Peter Hatton also has earned accredited buyer’s representative, Graduate Realtor Institute, Council of Residential Specialists and principal broker designations.
McDonald’s Corp. has recognized four restaurant managers from Central Oregon as Outstanding Restaurant Managers for 2008: Christopher Bryant , Prineville; Tomi Haff , Madras; Darren Brown , Redmond Nolan Center McDonald’s; and Jennifer Stanley, Redmond Supercenter McDonald’s. The nationwide award is presented for performance above and beyond the norm.
Sherry Ortega and Glenda Mackie have joined Lowes Residential Properties in Bend, a division of The Lowes Group, as brokers.
Ortega specializes in residential sales and has worked in the real estate industry for 16 years. She also is an accredited buyer’s representative. Ortega holds a degree in business administration from California Polytechnic State University.
Mackie has been in the Bend real estate business since 1995.
Shauna Quistorff and Wes Wright have been named new board members of the City Club of Central Oregon. Quistorff and Wright are charter members of the City Club and have been actively participating since 2007.
Quistorff is the director of communication and development at Central Oregon Environmental Center, where she has worked for 10 years. Quistorff also has served as chair of the Quality Environment Action Team and on the Stakeholders Advisory Committee for Bend 2030, as well as on the Bend Chamber Nonprofit Council and the Central Oregon Climate Alliance.
Wright is the private client adviser at The Private Bank, a division of Wells Fargo, where he has worked since 2007. Wright has worked in the financial services industry for more than 23 years. He also serves on the High Desert Museum community advisory board, and previously served on the St. Charles Medical Foundation board.
Pamela Armstrong, Jamie Hildebrand, Teri Wood and Paula Dutton have joined Luxe Home Interiors in Bend.
Armstrong, previously a senior designer at Norwalk Furniture, will remain with the company through its transformation to Luxe. She has an architecture and textiles background.
Hildebrand has more than 15 years of design experience and a degree in interior design. She previously owned a design firm in Salem for 12 years.
Wood has 13 years of business, interior and professional office design experience, as well as experience with designs for townhomes, vacation homes and private residences. Wood attended Heritage School of Interior Design in Beaverton.
Dutton joins Luxe as a consultant and has 15 years of furniture store and retail sales experience.
Sarah Vander Neut has joined Kilns College in Bend as a part-time teacher. She will teach Renaissance to Contemporary Art History. Vander Neut graduated from Boise State University with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts, and attended Denver Seminary, where she received a master’s degree in Christian studies.
