Douglas and Barbara (Martin) Muck, of Bend, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Dec. 28 with a reception from 6-9 p.m. hosted by their daughters. Friends and family are invited and may contact Kellie Cook at 541-322-9925 for more details.

They were married Jan. 6, 1962, in Portland. They have three children, Doug Jr., of Redmond, and Kellie (and Gary) Cook and Kathie (and Corey) Brown, both of Bend; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Mr. Muck was a teacher and wrestling coach until his retirement in 1995. Mrs. Muck retired in 2005 from real estate.

They have lived in Central Oregon for 37 years.
