Chris Ahern has joined Bend Premier Real Estate as a broker. Ahern has been in the real estate industry since 1996.

Trish Phillips has joined Bend Premier Real Estate as a principal broker. Phillips has been in the real estate industry more than 30 years and has experience in residential sales, brokerage management and ownership, marketing, training, new construction and development.

Bob and Diane Seay have joined Bend Premier Real Estate as brokers.

Brenna Hasty, a financial specialist at Rosell Wealth Management in Bend, recently attended a financial conference in Akron, Ohio. Hasty has a bachelor’s in psychology from Eastern Oregon University.

Jeff Ludeman has joined Home Federal Bank as manager of the Redmond branch. Ludeman has worked in the banking industry for 14 years and was most recently the branch manager at Bank of the Cascades. He has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and is a graduate of the Oregon Association of Banking.

Valerie Warren has been promoted to operations director at VisitBend and is a member of the executive board for the Oregon Association of Destination Marketing Organizations. Warren has been with VisitBend for the past four years. She will now manage budgeting, insurance, benefits and special projects in addition to overseeing operations, staff and volunteers.

David Sailors has joined The Garner Group Real Estate LLC in Bend as a broker. Sailors has experience in real estate investment and land development, and has been licensed in the state of Oregon since 2007. He is a certified green broker of the National Association of Realtors and also has the Sustainability Training for Accredited Real Estate Professionals certification. Sailors previously owned a data communications company and was a licensed stockbroker.

Greg Gentry, superintendent of Skanska’s operations in Central Oregon, recently completed the Leadership Redmond program, a nine-month leadership development program. Gentry’s group organized the painting of a tunnel under Highland Avenue to deter graffiti.

Julie Hyer, senior project engineer of Skanska’s Central Oregon operations, recently completed the Leadership Bend program. Hyer has been with Skanska for five years.

Matt Garner, a broker with The Garner Group Real Estate LLC in Bend, has been certified as an accredited buyer’s representative by the National Association of Realtors. This designation is awarded after completing a course focused on the objectives of home buyers.
