• Budget Blinds, in Central Oregon, ranked number one for the largest year-over-year revenue growth of the 1,050 Budget Blinds franchises throughout the U.S. and Canada. Additionally, the business ranked number six nationally of all Budget Blinds franchises.
• Robberson Collision Center, in Bend, has been officially certified by Assured Performance, a nonprofit consumer advocacy group, for maintaining the equipment, training, and facility necessary to repair Ford vehicles and those of other brands according to the manufacturers’ specifications.
• Hydro Flask, of Bend, has won an iF Design Award for its new insulated flex cap. An annual industrial design competition, the iF Design Awards received 5,295 entries from 53 countries for 2016, according to the organization’s website.
• Bend attorneys Erick Ward and Todd Grover of Ward Grover LLP have acquired Jon Springer’s law practice and began operations Feb. 1. Springer is retiring after 30 years of practice, and Ward and Grover look forward to continuing his commitment to the practice.
• Base Camp Grill, 17355 Spring River Road, No. 200, Sunriver, applied Feb. 9 to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission under a change of ownership for a full on-premises commercial sales license, which allows the sale and service of distilled spirits, malt beverages and wine for consumption on the licensed premises.
• Mod Super Fast Pizza, 110 NW Sisemore St., No. 150, Bend, applied Feb. 11 to the OLCC for a limited on-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises and the sale of kegs of malt beverages for off-premises consumption.
