March 31: Golf Performance Clinic at Tetherow Golf Academy at Tetherow Golf Club in Bend. Titleist Performance Institute-Certified Medical and Fitness Professional Chris Cooper and Tetherow Golf Academy’s Director of Instruction and PGA Professional Mike Lewis will start a series on swing faults and fixes beginning with “Over-the-Top”. Topics will include physical screening for common limitations which have the potential to perpetuate this fault, exercises and drills to help correct it. Attendees are asked to bring a mid-iron. April 2: Swing into Spring golf clinic at Meadow Lakes Golf Course in Prineville is designed to teach beginning golfers fundamentals and seasoned golfers to sharpen their golf skills. April 2: Golf rules workshop slated at Bend Golf and Country Club. The workshop is one of a series of instructional sessions presented around the state by the Oregon Golf Association. Limited to 40 participants, the workshop is designed for golfers who are familiar with the game and will focus on golf’s more commonly cited rules.
