The Central Oregon Health Council is seeking applicants to serve on its volunteer board.

The Health Council is the governing body for PacificSource Community Solutions, the region’s coordinated care organization, which administers Medicaid. The group works to improve health outcomes by lowering costs and improving patient care.

The Health Council is looking for applicants from the education and the long term services and supports sectors. Meetings are held the second Thursday of each month from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. at rotating locations in Bend, La Pine, Madras, Prineville and Redmond. Lunch is provided.
