8 p.m. on 10, “Gotham” — An alliance of Fish Mooney, the Riddler and the Penguin (guest star Jada Pinkett Smith, Cory Michael Smith, Robin Lord Taylor) can’t be good, and that proves to be the case in the two-hour presentation that ends the adventure’s third season, “Heroes Rise: Destiny Calling/Heroes Rise: Heavydirtysoul.” A virus also continues to pose a threat to the city. Ra’s Al Ghul (guest star Alexander Siddig) helps Bruce (David Mazouz) take a big step toward becoming Batman.

8 p.m. on HBO, “If You’re Not in the Obit, Eat Breakfast” — In this new documentary, comedy veteran Carl Reiner, 95, tracks down several other famous celebrities who have found a way to thrive past age 90. Mel Brooks (90), Dick Van Dyke (91), Norman Lear (94), Betty White (95) and Kirk Douglas (100) are among the celebrated figures who talk about how the twilight years can truly be the happiest and most rewarding in a person’s life.

9 p.m. on CW, “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” — If it’s a matter of getting physical — which the improvisational humor on this show frequently does — the Bella Twins, of WWE Total Divas fame, should fit right in as they guest-star in this new episode. Sisters Brie and Nikki join series regulars Wayne Brady, Colin Mochrie and Ryan Stiles for skits and songs built from the studio audience’s suggestions. Aisha Tyler is the host. Another episode follows.

10 p.m. on FOOD, “Incredible Edible America with the Dunhams” — Jeff Dunham and his wife, Audrey, take viewers on a culinary quest for some of America’s most, um, unbelievable eats in this new series. The premiere, “Austin’s Craziest Cuisine,” finds the Dunhams exploring the foodie scene in the Texas capital, whose motto is “Keep Austin Weird.” The couple samples an extreme burger Elvis would have loved, as well as a uniquely delicious ice cream cone and one of the oddest chicken-fried dishes imaginable.

10 p.m. on VH1, “Daytime Divas” — Remember Star Jones, a former host on “The View”? She presumably drew on her experiences on that show for her novel called — ahem! — “Satan’s Sisters,” which premieres as a new drama series Monday. Vanessa Williams heads the cast as Maxine Williams, host of the daytime chat show “The Lunch Hour.” Tichina Arnold, Chloe Bridges, Camille Guaty and Fiona Guberman play her co-hosts. Kristen Johnston and Norm Lewis appear in recurring roles.

10:01 p.m. on 2, 9, “Still Star-Crossed” — Trying to protect Verona, Rosaline and Benvolio (Lashana Lynch, Wade Briggs) obey Prince Escalius (Sterling Sulieman) and prepare to wed each other in the new episode “The Course of True Love Never Did Run Smooth.”
