• SELCO Community Credit Union has raised $15,000 for charities across Oregon during a month-long event in January. KIDS Center and NeighborImpact received a combined $3,200.

• Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty has hired the microbranding company Evoker Inc. to create short films on its brokers to help build personal relationships with clientele.

• The Lemon Tree of Bend LLC, 718 NW Franklin Ave., Bend, filed an application Jan. 31 with the Oregon Liquor Control Commission for a change of ownership and change of trade name for a limited on-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises and the sale of kegs of malt beverages for off-premises consumption. It also applied for a greater privilege, full commercial establishment on-premises sales license, which allows the sale and service of distilled spirits, malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises.

• The Podski, 536 NW Arizona Ave., Bend, filed an application Feb. 1 with the OLCC as a new outlet for a limited on-premises sale license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises and the sale of kegs of malt beverages for off-premises consumption.

• Valentine’s Deli, 555 NW Arizona Ave., Bend, filed an application Feb. 1 with the OLCC as a new outlet for a limited on-premises sale license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on the licensed premises and the sale of kegs of malt beverages for off-premises consumption.

• Geist Beerworks, 736 SW Umatilla Ave., Suite F, Redmond, filed and application Feb. 6 with the OLCC as a new outlet for a brewery-public house, which allows the manufacture and sale of malt beverages to wholesalers, and the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on or off the premises.
