DUII — Justin Michael Brian Makepeace, 42, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 9:22 p.m. March 28, in the area of SW Bond Street and SW Powerhouse Drive.

Theft — A theft was reported at 11:55 a.m. March 29, in the 300 block of NW Franklin Avenue.

Theft — A theft was reported at 7:57 a.m. March 29, in the 56200 block of Tree Duck Road, in Bend.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 1:13 p.m. March 30, in the area of NE Juniper Street.

DUII — Brian Jackson Jr., 30, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 9:25 p.m. March 30, in the area of NE Third Street.

DUII — James Wagner, 22, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 12:37 a.m. April 1, in the area of NE Lamonta Road.

Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office

Theft — A theft, burglary and act of criminal mischief were reported at 7:36 a.m. March 30, in the Mecca Flat campground on NW Mecca Road, in Madras. Loss is estimated at more than $1,000.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 4:41 p.m. March 31, in the area of SW Belmont Lane and SW Columbia Drive, in Madras.

DUII — Christopher Ashley Honey, 49, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 7:10 p.m. March 30, in the area of U.S. Highway 97 near milepost 148, in Deschutes County.

DUII — Danny Wayne Hall, 40, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 3:50 p.m. March 31, in the area of E. state Highway 126 near milepost 17, in Crook County.

DUII — Glenn William Graves, 57, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 5:09 p.m. March 31, in the area of state Highway 27 near milepost 10, in Crook County.
