The Oregon Liquor Control Commission has fined a Redmond tobacco shop for failing to post valid and current proof of insurance on the premises, according to a stipulated agreement.

Inhale Exhale Smoke Shop at 1604 S. U.S. Highway 97 has been fined $600 or serve a four-day suspension for the failure to provide proof of insurance or bond for the building in public view, according to the agreement approved by the commission on Jan. 16.

The OLCC added additional time to the fine because this was a repeat offense, according to the statement.

The license is held by Matthew Rock, president and Ronald Rock, vice president.
