Brown

John and Judy Brown, of Madras, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary April 22 with a family dinner in Terrebonne. Family members from seven states attended.

The couple were married in 1967 in Braidwood, Illinois. They have two sons, Adam, of Madras, and Scott, of Prineville; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

They lived in Alaska and Hood River before moving to Madras to farm and raise cattle. Now retired, John enjoys fishing and Judy likes to garden.

They have lived in Madras for 37 years.
