The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office will offer free boat safety inspections this Saturday.

The inspections, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., will take place at the Sportsman’s Warehouse, 63492 Hunnell Road, in Bend; Big Country RV, 2872 SW 17th Place, in Redmond; and the sheriff’s office La Pine substation, 51340 U.S. Highway 97 at the south end of La Pine.

Marine officers will also be on hand to answer questions.
