Menu changes — Brian Kerr, chef at Deschutes Brewery & Public House, has made major changes in a new summer menu. New items include Jamaican jerk chicken wings, calamari with a pineapple-jalapeno salsa, a chipotle-mayo elk burger on a sesame-seed bun and a hoisin-barbecued tofu sandwich with cucumber kimchee and Sriracha mayo.
