Michael and Susan Foster, of Tumalo, will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary with a family trip to Maui, Hawaii.

The couple were married Nov. 10, 1990, in Carmel Mission Basilica in Carmel, California. Mrs. Foster’s uncle, Monsignor Frank Campbell, presided. They have two children, Jessica and Megan, both of Tumalo.

Mr. Foster served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy as a naval aviator. He is currently a pilot for United Parcel Service. He attended Oregon State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in animal science.

Mrs. Foster has worked in finance and real estate and volunteering. She attended Oregon State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in behavioral science.

The couple competed in and finished the Canadian Ironman in 1999. They enjoy working on their ranch in Tumalo, horses, skiing, tennis, fishing and hunting.

They have lived in Tumalo for 15 years.
